Introduction
Welcome to Teknofest Pakistan! By participating in our festival, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.
Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals and teams engaged in technology and innovation. Participants can be of any age.
Registration
Participants must register online to compete in events and showcase innovations. All registration details must be accurate and complete.
Intellectual Property
All content, ideas, and innovations submitted by participants remain the intellectual property of the respective individuals or teams. However, by participating, you grant Teknofest Pakistan the right to use your name, image, and submitted materials for promotional purposes.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
Competitions
All competitions will be governed by specific rules and guidelines, which will be provided prior to each event. Participants are responsible for adhering to these rules.
Liability Waiver
Teknofest Pakistan is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the festival. Participants engage at their own risk.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, which will take effect immediately upon posting.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Govt of Pakistan.
